I have two furry kiddos - my cats! They keep me on my toes, keep me sane, and keep me calm. I still love fitness and am learning more about nutrition for both strength building and for long-term health!

My other entrepreneurial interests include commercial real estate (for all of you brokers and investors!). I also hope to incorporate fitness back into my repertoire of productive venues, in order to help women discover or regain their inner bada$$ and to push their physical boundaries to the next level!

My experiences have taken me all over the country, from Massachusetts to Chicago, Arizona to North Carolina, California to Texas, Florida to South Carolina...hopefully I'm not forgetting any. The great thing about this business is that I am able to help you regardless of your physical location, and I would be honored to do so!
